Duties include:
Analyze current CAD / dispatch interfaces used in vehicles and stations
Identify interfaces suitable for mobile deployment
Recreate dispatch workflows for iOS and Android platforms
Install and configure a TAK Server proof of concept within the County network
Integrate TAK Server with:
TAKAware (iOS)
ATAK (Android)
CLEMIS Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system
Enable real-time mobile visibility into:
Live incidents (call details & locations)
Live unit statuses
Live unit locations
Ensure all mobile connections are:
Secure
Reliable
CJIS-compliant
Support Okta-based authentication and enterprise security standards
Contribute to embedded intelligence initiatives for public safety vehicles
Must-have skills:
Hands-on mobile development experience for phone platforms
Proven delivery experience within the TAK ecosystem, including:
ATAK (Android)
TAKAware / iTAK (iOS)
Strong iOS expertise:
Swift, Objective-C, Xcode
Strong Android expertise:
Kotlin, Java, Android Studio
RESTful API integration using JSON
Git version control and Agile development practices
Mobile UI/UX best practices for field operations
Experience with App Store and Google Play deployments
Nice-to-haves:
Public safety or law enforcement technology experience
Experience integrating with CAD systems

Conduct SAP Treasury development with focus on MTO application and system integration. Contribute to improving accuracy and efficiency in tax management operations, including public and private sector tax processes. Duties include: Perform end-to-end QA activities for web applications, including manual functional testing, regression testing, and smoke testing. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories. Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium for UI testing, and ensure stable execution across environments. Log, track, and validate defects through resolution; collaborate closely with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum sprints. Validate cross-browser and cross-device behavior, and support UAT and release readiness activities. Conduct ADA / accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices; document findings and work with the team to remediate issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and reporting.
Must-have skills: Selenium automation testing, strong manual testing fundamentals, test case design, defect tracking, and ADA/accessibility testing experience (or strong working knowledge).
Preferred: Healthcare domain experience (claims, eligibility/membership, provider, EHR/EMR workflows, HIPAA-aware environments) is strongly preferred.
Nice-to-haves: API testing (Postman), basic SQL for data validation, CI/CD exposure, and experience with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
